Tolerances down to 1mm can be achieved with the highly sensitive monitoring systems embodied within the planers and one of the benefits of our high regard for equipment maintenance is that we can keep this plant operating at consistently high outputs.

Planing out of existing bituminous surfaces though is only half of the story – we then recycle the arisings and incorporate them whenever possible back into the permanent works. This is truly cost effective and much more environmentally considerate.
